To Supplement or Not to Supplement...

In today's fast-paced world, it's not uncommon for individuals to seek quick fixes and shortcuts to optimize their health and well-being. Among these solutions, dietary supplements have gained immense popularity. While supplements can indeed play a very beneficial role in supporting our health and is part of protocols I recommend to clients, it's crucial to approach them with intentionality and a well-informed perspective. Let's delve into the importance of being intentional with supplements and explore key considerations for incorporating them into your wellness routine.

Before diving into the realm of supplements, it's essential to understand what they are. Dietary supplements are products designed to supplement one's diet, typically containing vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, or other dietary substances.
