We've all heard that you can't be grateful and anxious at the same time. Gratitude and anxiety are like mortal enemies that can't live in the same space. Research shows that people who consistently practice a focus on gratitude are typically happier and have a better outlook on life. So, today, lets shift to an attitude of gratitude. Write 10 things you are grateful for. Don't just rattle them off, think about them and their meaning and importance in your life. You may even want to write more about each one.
